Description
Belvoir castle is my local castle and I often go down to the local but it isn’t the castle! This beautiful historic regency castle with its towers and turrets stands proud high on a hill. Filming took place here for Netflix ‘The Crown’ showing it off in all its glory and amazing gardens. Over the last few years the great Capability Brown project can be seen here. I feel very fortunate to live here but we forget and take things for granted and need to keep looking. Painted in oils.
