GREATEST GIFT
This painting was inspired by real passion from the heart. Some have viewed it as religious but for me it’s quite simple – being a mother is the greatest gift.
This style of painting requires great attention to technique and form. I design the shape from my imagination, plan the colours, and eventually finish off with many layers of over-glazing with thin paint. I usually change my mind and create different versions of the painting before I’m satisfied!
